SMS Terms

The Lonestar Fight League DFW ("LSFL") SMS messaging program sends recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages to subscribers about upcoming events, fight cards, ticket sales, registration updates, and league news. By opting in, you consent to receive these messages from us at the mobile number you provide.

You can opt in to the LSFL SMS program by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form, our fighter registration form, or any other LSFL form that includes an SMS consent option. By checking the box and submitting the form, you confirm that the mobile number you provided is yours and you agree to these SMS Terms.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing tickets, registering for an event, contacting us, or using any other LSFL service.

Message frequency varies. You can typically expect to receive between 2 and 10 messages per month, with higher frequency leading up to and around scheduled LSFL fight events.

Message and data rates may apply. The cost of receiving SMS messages depends on your mobile carrier and plan. Check with your mobile service provider for details. LSFL is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.

You can opt out of the LSFL SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send one final confirmation message and you will no longer receive marketing text messages from us. You may also email info@lonestarfightleague.com to request removal.

For help with the SMS program, reply HELP to any text message from LSFL. You will receive a response with contact information and instructions. You can also email info@lonestarfightleague.com or call (214) 668-1971 for assistance.

The SMS program is available on all major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket, and most others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We respect your privacy. Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent information are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. We use this information only to operate the SMS program and to deliver the messages you have opted in to receive. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above will reflect the most recent version. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
