Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lonestar Fight League DFW ("LSFL", "we", "us", or "our") website at lonestarfightleague.com, our fighter registration system, our ticketing pages, and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental or legal guardian consent, to use the Services. Fighter registration is subject to additional age and medical eligibility requirements imposed by the applicable amateur athletic commission.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Interfere with or disrupt the Services, servers, or networks.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data.
• Use automated scraping tools, bots, or scrapers without our written permission.
• Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization.
• Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.

Certain features (including fighter registration and the fighter portal) require you to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Fighter registration requires payment of the applicable registration fee (currently $100 USD per event) through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By submitting a registration:

• You confirm that all information provided (medical history, fight record, age, weight, gym affiliation, etc.) is accurate.
• You acknowledge that registration is subject to review by LSFL and the applicable athletic commission, and is not guaranteed.
• You acknowledge that registration fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated at the time of registration or as required by law.
• You agree to comply with all rules of the league, the host venue, and the applicable athletic commission.

Combat sports, including mixed martial arts and kickboxing, are inherently dangerous activities that involve a substantial risk of serious bodily injury, permanent disability, or death. By registering as a fighter, you voluntarily assume all such risks. You will be required to sign a separate athletic-commission release and waiver before competing. These Terms do not replace those documents.

If you opt in to LSFL's SMS messaging program, you agree to our SMS Terms, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing tickets, registering for an event, or using any of our other Services.

All content on the website — including logos, marks, photographs, videos, written content, and the LSFL brand — is owned by Lonestar Fight League DFW or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

If you submit content (registration information, contact form messages, photos, etc.) to LSFL, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Services. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that event dates, fight cards, or results posted on the website are free of inaccuracies.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LONE STAR FIGHT LEAGUE, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lonestar Fight League DFW and its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your use of the Services.

The Services may link to or rely on third-party services (such as Stripe for payments, video hosting providers, and SMS gateways). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that party's own terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
